Welcome to The Celibeth House
The Celibeth House was built in 1895 by lumber baron, William Mueller, as his private residence. Mr. Mueller founded the village of Blaney touted as the first “modern lumber town” in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Our home has been operating as a bed and breakfast since 1987 and is newly open year-round. Located within an hour’s drive of various Upper Peninsula attractions, The Celibeth House is convenient for day trips. For those who simply need a time of rest, our beautiful home and 72 acres offer much to explore. We look forward to welcoming you.
